Why "Utahna"?

Utahna comes from a Native American legend of a young woman of the Ute tribe who embarked on a courageous journey to save her people from famine. Her sacrifice and devotion became immortalized in the shape of Mount Timpanogos, where she is said to rest in eternal slumber. The story teaches reverence for the Earth, resilience, service, and the profound impact one soul can have on a whole community.

Like Utahna, my mission is to address a modern “famine”—a famine of discouraged minds, weary bodies, and souls longing for hope. Every day, when I sit with clients, family, and friends, I feel the suffering that many carry quietly. I feel the weight that this valley and the world hold. I am committed to offering a path back to health and wholeness. Utahna Wellness Center is built on the belief that people can heal—deeply, powerfully, and from within. My role is simply to guide, support, and hold space through a holistic approach, including:

  • Restorative massage and bodywork

  • Foot zoning

  • Homeopathy

  • Cold plunge therapy

  • Red light therapy

  • Sauna

  • Steam room

  • Ozone therapy

  • Yoga, sound-bowl healing, breath-work

  • Clean, intentional eating

  • Nourishing the mind, body, and soul with uplifting information

  • Encouraging wholesome recreational activities

  • Apothecary—herbs, tinctures, balms, remedies to heal ailments

  • Fresh-pressed juice and coffee bar

  • Healthy Snack bar

  • A safe, sacred space for emotional and spiritual healing

Those who fully choose this journey will reconnect with their own divinity. They will learn to live from a space of love, accountability, and forgiveness—and naturally lift others with them.

A Legacy of Love

My brother Ken always dreamed of opening a wellness center. His heart ached for the suffering he saw in others; he felt it more deeply than most. In many ways, he was too pure for this world. When he transitioned to his place of peace, he left me with a mission—a spiritual imprint I carry in my bones. Utahna Wellness Center is how I honor him. It is how I honor Hans, one of my greatest teachers. It is how I honor my God, myself, and my children, and our voice for healing and change. It is how we, as a family, honor every person who has shaped us, strengthened us, and walked beside us through our own healing process.

Like Utahna, I have surrendered and rebuilt myself more times than I can count. Now, I am ready to share my story, my tools, my heart, and dedicate my life to serving others.

My Promise

When my journey on this Earth is complete, I pray that—just like the legend of Utahna—I will leave a sacred mark on the Heber Valley and worldwide. Until then, I will sit with people exactly where they are. I commit to walking with them through their healing. I will continue reminding all who enter this space to:

Above All, Honor Themselves
Support Local Businessess
Honor Mother Earth & Use her Plants and Medicines Wisely
Nourish Their Mind, Body, and Soul
Encourage the Use of Clean Products
Serve One Another With Compassion and Grace

This is a call to those who feel the pull toward healing, to those who sense that life can be more beautiful, more peaceful, more aligned. To those ready to reconnect with their own sacred gifts, the time for healing is now.

Welcome to Utahna Wellness Center.
