Hot Stone Massage
Massage Modality
Hot stone massage therapy is perfect for melting away tension, easing muscle stiffness, and boosting circulation and metabolism. The soothing warmth of the stones, combined with massage, gently expands blood vessels, promoting healthy blood flow throughout your body.

Prenatal
Massage Modality
Prenatal massage is a wonderful way to support your health and well-being during pregnancy. It helps reduce stress and provides relief from common discomforts like backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling. This gentle, soothing therapy is a perfect complement to your prenatal care.

Deep Tissue &
Trigger Point Therapy
Massage Modality
Deep Tissue Massage therapy, sessions are tailored to work on your specific goals and needs. Whether it's breaking up scar tissue, increasing range of motion, or reducing pain and inflammation, we love showing our clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Swedish Massage
Massage Modality
Swedish massage therapy is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage-and for good reason. One of the primary goals of a Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. Other benefits include pain management, increased blood flow, rehabilitation for muscle injuries, increased flexibility, reduced stress, and an improved immune system.
